What are corflute signs made of?
Corrugated polypropylene — a lightweight, rigid plastic board with a fluted core, similar in structure to cardboard but fully weatherproof. All signs here are printed on 5mm board.
Are corflute signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Corflute handles rain, wind and UV without warping or absorbing water, which is why it is the standard choice for construction sites, real estate boards and outdoor events.
How long does a corflute sign last outdoors?
Typically three to six months in full outdoor exposure, longer in sheltered positions or indoors. Harsh coastal or high-UV locations sit at the shorter end of that range. For permanent signage, a rigid substrate such as ACM is the better option.
Can corflute signs be printed on both sides?
Yes. Single or double-sided printing is selectable on every size. Double sided suits freestanding and roadside positions where traffic passes from both directions.
What sizes are available?
Four standard sizes — 600 × 450mm, 600 × 600mm, 600 × 900mm and 900 × 1200mm, all listed width × height. Custom sizes are quoted on request.
How are corflute signs installed?
They fix to fences, hoarding and walls with cable ties, screws or strong adhesive, drop into a corflute insert A-frame, or mount on ground spikes for freestanding use. The board is light enough to handle without tools or extra hands.
Can corflute signs be ordered in a custom size?
Yes. Custom dimensions and bulk runs are quoted individually — send the sizes and quantity through and a price comes back.
Are corflute signs recyclable?
Yes. Polypropylene is recyclable, provided the board is clean and free of adhesives, tape and fixings. Check with the local council facility, as kerbside acceptance varies.
What artwork is needed?
A press-ready PDF at 300dpi, CMYK, with text converted to outlines and 5mm bleed. If that is not to hand, send a logo and the wording — free design is included with every order.
How quickly can corflute signs be printed?
