Refund Policy

As a commercial printer we print files supplied by you or one of our skilled graphic artists. It remains the customer's responsibility to check the content of each project as Just Click Print cannot be held liable for any spelling or Grammar errors.

However we'll refund a order if human error occurred and this usually happens during the trimming of the product. If the product has been cut different from the trim lines supplied by you we'll reprint the order at no extra cost to you! We unfortunately cannot refund the money paid for the product but we can reprint your order or part of it.

ONCE YOU APPROVE ARTWORK FOR PRODUCTION WE CANNOT REFUND YOU!

Double Payment

If you have inadvertently paid an invoice twice a “double payment” is deemed to have occurred.

Double payments will be reimbursed by JUST CLICK PRINT on receipt of cleared funds. Please contact the accounts department by email at shop@justclickprint.com.au to arrange for the monies overpaid to be refunded to you.

Refunds back to the same account

All refunds made to customers must be made back to the account from where the money came.

For instance a double payment made by Credit Card will be reimbursed by the accounts department with a refund back to the same Credit Card. EFT Fund Transfers will be made within 48 hours.

 

Over Payment

If you have made a payment in excess of the amount due to JUST CLICK PRINT an “over payment” is deemed to have occurred.

Over payments will be reimbursed by JUST CLICK PRINT on receipt of cleared funds. Please contact the accounts department by email at shop@justclickprint.com.au to arrange for the monies overpaid to be refunded to you.

As an online store we process purchases made online within 24 hours. Should you decide to cancel your order a 15% service fee will be charged to the value of the invoiced amount. Please note that this refund can only be made prior to the approval of artwork and we’ll process the refund once the monies reflect in our account.
