We have a strong believe in good old-fashioned customer service and take a “Common Sense” approach when assessing your refund request/claims. 

Over Payment

If you have made a payment in excess of the amount due to JUST CLICK PRINT an “overpayment” is deemed to have occurred.
Overpayments will be reimbursed by JUST CLICK PRINT on receipt of cleared funds.
Please contact the accounts department by email at shop@justclickprint.com.au to arrange for a refund. 

Double Payment

If you have inadvertently paid an invoice twice a “double payment” is deemed to have occurred.
Double payments will be reimbursed by JUST CLICK PRINT on receipt of cleared funds.
Please contact the accounts department by email at shop@justclickprint.com.au to arrange for a refund.

Refunds back to the same account

All refunds will be processed and paid back into the account it was paid from.
For instance, a double payment made by Credit Card will be reimbursed by the accounts department with a refund back to the same Credit Card.
EFT Fund Transfers will be made within 48 hours.

As an online store, purchases are processed within 24 hours. We have a streamlined process to assess your order from preflight up to dispatch. If your order status show “In Production” a refund cannot be made.

We print artwork files supplied by you, our value customer. Just Click Print cannot be held liable for any misprints or other discrepancies whatsoever. This too applies to all production files created as the final content of the design has been approved by you our valued customer.
